Buyerlink Secures $40 Million Credit Facility from Zions Bancorporation
Buyerlink has secured a $40 million senior secured credit facility with Zions Bancorporation, operating as California Bank and Trust, announced in a press release. The financing is intended to enhance Buyerlink's financial flexibility and strengthen its capital structure.
Buyerlink, an online auction marketplace for performance based marketing, reported that the new credit facility will support its continued growth and investment in AI ad technology. The company has reached over $125 million in revenue and generates more than one million buyer leads each month across sectors such as automotive, real estate, home services, insurance, and legal.
Payam Zamani, founder and CEO of One Planet Group, Buyerlink's parent company, said the financing will help the company continue expanding its AI capabilities in advertising technology. Jaime Keane, senior vice president at California Bank and Trust, stated that the financing aligns with Buyerlink's growth trajectory and operational strength.
