Hypercore Launches AI Admin Agent for Private Credit Loan Operations
Hypercore announced in a press release the general availability of its AI Admin Agent, a system that automates the post-close operational lifecycle for private credit funds. The platform replaces traditional service-based workflows with a single integrated environment that executes, audits, and reports all loan administration processes in real time.
The AI Admin Agent operates within Hypercore's loan management platform, automating tasks such as deal processing, stakeholder onboarding, payment reconciliation, covenant monitoring, draw requests, distributions, and investor reporting. Each action is recorded with structured data and human oversight, creating a fully auditable and SOX-ready record.
By consolidating operations within a shared platform, funds maintain full visibility and control of their data. The system is overseen by Hypercore's private credit specialists, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all workflows.
The launch follows Hypercore's Series A funding round completed in February 2026, which was raised to support the development of the AI Admin Agent. The company will demonstrate the system at a live event in New York City titled "AI Agents, Under the Hood: A Private Credit Practitioners Forum."
