Hyperscale Data Expands Michigan Site into AI and Robotics Hub
Hyperscale Data, Inc. announced in a press release that it is accelerating the transformation of its Michigan operations into a combined AI data center and robotics hub. The move follows an agreement with AGIBOT, a developer of intelligent robotics technology.
The company is reconfiguring sections of its 617,000 square foot facility on a 34.5 acre campus to integrate AI infrastructure and robotics deployment. More than 100,000 square feet will be dedicated to robotics assembly, testing, and AI model training. The site currently operates with 30 megawatts of power capacity, with potential expansion to over 300 megawatts.
The enhanced Michigan campus will support machine generated and human data collection for AI model development, testing of robotic systems, and integration of compute infrastructure with robotics driven data generation. Data produced from these operations will be commercialized within the United States.
Hyperscale Data plans to hire more than 500 employees over the next three years to support the expanded operations. New roles will include robotics engineers, AI data specialists, and infrastructure personnel. The company will discuss further details about its Michigan strategy and AI initiatives during an investor webcast scheduled for Tuesday.
