Cellula Robotics Ltd. has announced the sale of its Guardian Autonomous Underwater Vehicle (AUV) to a confidential defense customer, as stated in a press release. The Guardian AUV is designed for ultra long-range missions, capable of traveling up to 5000 kilometers.

Cellula Robotics Ltd. has announced the sale of its Guardian Autonomous Underwater Vehicle (AUV) to a confidential defense customer, announced in a press release. The Guardian AUV is engineered for ultra long-range missions, capable of covering distances up to 5000 kilometers.

The Guardian AUV is notable for its ability to release payloads and off-platform assets with precision, thanks to its hovering and station-keeping capabilities. It can be deployed from either ship or shore and is designed for easy transport in a standard 40 ft container. Measuring nearly 12 meters in length and with a 1.7-meter cross-section, it is the largest AUV in Cellula Robotics' product lineup.

Richard Mills, Chief Commercial Officer of Cellula Robotics, expressed the company's honor in being selected to deliver the Guardian AUV system, highlighting its capabilities in long-range survey, surveillance, and payload delivery missions.
