causaLens has introduced the Digital Worker Factory, a platform that enables enterprises to build and deploy AI-driven Digital Workers capable of running complete workflows within days. The system integrates causal reasoning and enterprise-grade reliability to automate end-to-end business processes.

London-based causaLens has launched its Digital Worker Factory, a platform that enables enterprises to create and deploy AI-driven Digital Workers capable of handling full workflows in days rather than months, announced in a press release.

Unlike single-task AI agents, the Digital Workers are designed to manage end-to-end processes such as clinical trial analysis and marketing intelligence. The platform uses the company’s proprietary cLAIRE (Causal Logic in AI Reasoning) models and Judge Agents to ensure reliability, safety, and explainability. It also supports online learning to maintain performance in complex enterprise environments.

The Digital Worker Factory allows deployment in as little as 24 hours through pre-built blueprints and integrates directly with existing enterprise systems. Early adopters, including Johnson & Johnson and McCann, have reported significant efficiency improvements and reduced reliance on fragmented SaaS tools. causaLens said the system can deliver a return on investment within three months.

The company positions the platform as a scalable way for organizations to automate repetitive tasks while maintaining compliance and operational oversight. Backed by over $50 million in funding, causaLens counts Cisco, IPG Group, and Syneos Health among its enterprise customers.
