Bonterra Introduces Que Assistant for Apricot Case Management Platform
Bonterra has launched Que for its Apricot platform, an AI assistant designed to support nonprofits in managing sensitive case data, announced in a press release. The new suite introduces intelligent tools that streamline case management tasks while maintaining human oversight.
Que for Apricot includes four key capabilities. Participant Snapshot generates summaries of recent activity to help staff quickly understand a participant's case. Note Capture converts spoken or written input into structured case notes in real time. Early Intervention Signals identifies patterns such as missed check-ins or reduced engagement to help staff respond proactively. Data Integrity Review locates duplicates, inconsistencies, and missing data to improve accuracy before reporting or audits.
Bonterra reports that organizations using Apricot have achieved significant efficiency improvements, including a 3.5 times increase in services delivered annually and a 40 percent reduction in reporting time. Que for Apricot is now available to existing Bonterra customers.
