Decision Logic Introduces Embedded AI Assistant for Restaurant Operations
Decision Logic has launched Decision Logic AI, an embedded artificial intelligence tool for multi-location restaurant brands, announced in a press release. The AI is built directly into the Decision Logic platform and functions as an operational assistant that continuously monitors performance and identifies issues before they affect profitability.
The system analyzes over 25 operational metrics across sales, labor, inventory, and performance in real time. Managers can ask questions in plain language and receive immediate, data-backed answers with visualizations, removing the need to navigate complex reports. The AI also benchmarks performance across locations and provides coaching to ensure consistency.
Decision Logic AI automatically flags anomalies and trends, sending prioritized alerts with explanations and recommended actions. According to the company, this approach reduces the time managers spend reviewing metrics by 77 percent and surfaces 95 percent of critical issues automatically. The solution is available now as part of the existing Decision Logic platform with no additional integration required.
