May 14, 2026
BasedAI has emerged from stealth with the launch of Hirebase, an AI workforce platform that enables businesses to deploy autonomous agents across common productivity tools. The company also announced the acquisition of Warden App’s technology to strengthen its multi-agent orchestration capabilities.

BasedAI announced in a press release that it has emerged from stealth and launched Hirebase, an AI workforce platform designed to help businesses deploy autonomous agents that execute tasks across productivity tools such as Google Docs, Notion, Slack, WhatsApp, and Telegram.

The launch follows BasedAI’s acquisition of Warden App’s platform IP and proprietary multi-agent orchestration stack. This integration strengthens BasedAI’s ability to support persistent workflows across productivity, developer, and digital execution environments.

Hirebase is currently in closed beta and targets founders and businesses seeking to automate work execution while scaling output without increasing headcount. The platform is built on BasedAI’s vertical AI stack, which includes three layers: Hirebase for productivity, BasedAPIs for open model access, and the Warden App technology for agent coordination.

Led by CEO Teana Baker-Taylor, COO Josh Goodbody, and Chief AI Officer David A. Johnston, BasedAI has also secured initial funding from investors including Arche Capital to support product development and infrastructure expansion.
