Interloc Solutions Launches Agentic AI Platform for IBM Maximo

Interloc Solutions has launched interloc.ai, an enterprise agentic AI platform for IBM Maximo and Maximo Application Suite. The platform uses specialized agents to create and update work orders, recommend labor assignments, and execute approved actions inside Maximo.

Interloc Solutions announced in a press release the launch of interloc.ai, an enterprise agentic AI platform for IBM Maximo and Maximo Application Suite.

The platform adds specialized AI teammates that analyze information, recommend next steps, and perform approved work within Maximo. An Orchestrator Agent coordinates Operational, Intelligence, and Industry Agents across the system.

Interloc.ai can interpret service requests, create and update work orders, recommend labor assignments, retrieve organizational knowledge with Retrieval Augmented Generation, and execute approved actions through Maximo APIs, workflows, and security controls.

The platform includes human in the loop approvals, role based access, and audit trails. It is built on an open architecture that supports customer choice of AI models.
