Sivers Semiconductors Nominates Two New Board Members
Sivers Semiconductors has proposed two new members for its Board of Directors, Joakim Nideborn and Helena Svancar, alongside returning members Dr. Bami Bastani, Todd Thomson, and Karin Raj. The proposal was detailed in a press release ahead of the company’s Annual General Meeting scheduled for June 15, 2025.
Dr. Bastani will continue as Chairman of the Board. Nideborn, who has served as CFO at several listed technology companies, will take the role of Vice Chairman with oversight of board activities related to customers, employees, and investors in the Nordic region. Svancar brings over two decades of experience in corporate strategy, governance, and international business development.
The company expressed appreciation for outgoing board members Tomas Duffy, Erik Fallstrom, and Keith Halsey for their contributions. The new board composition reflects Sivers Semiconductors’ aim to strengthen leadership as it focuses on photonics for AI data centers and millimeter wave technologies for satellite communication, LiDAR, and sensing applications.
