Bloomberg Industry Group Acquires Regology for AI Regulatory Intelligence
Bloomberg Industry Group has acquired Regology, an AI powered global regulatory intelligence platform, announced in a press release. The acquisition enhances Bloomberg's offerings in law, tax, and government affairs by integrating AI tools for regulatory change management.
Regology's platform uses a continuously updated Smart Law Library that monitors regulations across U.S. federal and state levels as well as more than 135 countries. It connects regulatory changes to internal policies, risks, and controls, helping organizations identify risks and assess their impact.
Bloomberg Industry Group plans to combine Regology’s AI capabilities with its existing data and analysis from Bloomberg Law, Bloomberg Tax, and Bloomberg Government. This integration aims to support compliance teams through the full regulatory change lifecycle, from scanning for new requirements to implementing compliance actions.
