Spring Labs Acquires Winnow for AI Compliance Platform
Spring Labs announced in a press release that it acquired Winnow, a regulatory compliance technology company. Winnow will become a core part of SpringGRC, an AI compliance platform for financial institutions.
Winnow maintains a structured library of more than 100,000 state and federal requirements. SpringGRC connects those requirements with policies, procedures, controls, tests and case management workflows, while identifying work that may need updates when regulations change.
SpringGRC is available in limited beta to existing Spring Labs and Winnow customers. General availability is planned for the fourth quarter of 2026.

The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
