Barclays Broadly Syndicated Loans Now Live on Versana Platform
In a press release, Versana announced that Barclays agented United States broadly syndicated loan deals are now live on its digital data platform. The integration provides clients with direct access to the bank's agent led facilities in real time.
Barclays is digitally contributing its loan data to Versana through an API connection from its primary ledger system. The move offers clients accurate, lender level transaction data that can improve workflows, reduce costs, and support internal AI applications. Barclays plans to add its European agented deals to the platform in 2027.
The collaboration strengthens Versana's role as a centralized source of loan market data. Versana now covers over 4.3 trillion dollars in active commitments and recently closed a 43 million dollar funding round to expand across Europe and private credit. The company has also introduced features such as a reconciliation module, cashless roll solution, and support for letters of credit data.
