Centalion Deploys AI Treasury Agent on Komgo Konsole
Centalion deployed an AI Treasury Agent on the Konsole platform from Komgo, the companies said in a press release. The agent lets treasury staff process facility and trade finance instrument workflows through natural language while retaining existing controls and human approvals.
Centalion built the agent in its own cloud environment using a large language model, structured treasury workflows and facility specific rules. It connects to Konsole through Komgo's Model Context Protocol connector, allowing the agent to interact with trade finance infrastructure without a direct integration project.
The first deployment covers a syndicated facility for instruments outside Centalion's balance sheet. Centalion reports that issuance processing time fell by about 55%, while amendment processing time declined by about 80%. The company estimates that extending the system across its trade finance activity could free more than 60 working days of treasury capacity each year.
