Oct 21, 2026
Berkshire has moved 83 community associations and nearly 14,000 doors to Vantaca, deploying its HOAi automation, payment processing and digital payment tools.

Vantaca said in a press release that Berkshire moved 83 community associations and nearly 14,000 doors to its platform on September 1. Berkshire deployed HOAi, Lockbox and Vantaca Pay as part of the transition.

HOAi automates routine operational tasks, while Lockbox processes payments and reduces manual account reconciliation. Vantaca Pay provides digital options for homeowners to pay association assessments.

Berkshire manages its portfolio with a team of 12 people. Vantaca said the platform transition did not disrupt services for homeowners, association boards or daily operations.

The figures come from Vantaca, which sells the platform.
