Artemis has completed the sale of its portfolio company Sightline Intelligence to Acron Technologies, announced in a press release. Acron Technologies is a portfolio company of TJC LP.

Sightline Intelligence, headquartered in Portland, Oregon, develops AI enabled onboard video processing systems for advanced camera platforms used in defense and intelligence applications. The company’s systems provide real time intelligence at the tactical edge and have logged more than one million flight hours across unmanned systems operating in over 34 countries.

Under Artemis ownership, Sightline expanded its product platform and strengthened its AI capabilities through the acquisition of Australian defense AI company Athena AI. The firm also rebranded from Sightline Applications to Sightline Intelligence to reflect its broader focus on unified edge AI solutions.

Harris Williams served as financial advisor and Mintz Levin acted as legal advisor to Artemis for the transaction.
