zavvie Introduces AI-Powered Home Financing Platform HomeFAI

zavvie has launched HomeFAI, an AI-powered platform aimed at accelerating cash offers and funding in the real estate market, announced in a press release. The platform is designed to give homebuyers a competitive edge by offering faster cash offers and reducing approval times to as little as one hour.
HomeFAI enhances zavvie's existing Cash Portal and Cash Buy Before Sell program, providing homeowners with the financial flexibility to secure a new home before selling their current one. The platform integrates seamlessly with existing Loan Origination Systems, CRMs, and underwriting platforms, making it easy for lenders to adopt.
The system leverages AI for automation, risk assessment, and real-time decision-making, resulting in a more accessible and efficient financing experience. With a 92% mortgage attachment rate through its Cash Advantage program, HomeFAI is already seeing significant adoption, with usage more than doubling year-over-year.
zavvie's platform is now available nationwide, supporting partnerships with 10 of the top 30 mortgage lenders in the U.S., and aims to help more homebuyers and industry professionals across all 50 states.
