Singletrack has acquired Mediasterling to strengthen its AI-based client engagement and research content capabilities for capital markets firms. The deal builds on a long-term partnership between the two companies and is effective immediately.

London- and New York-based Singletrack has acquired Mediasterling, a firm specializing in content creation and distribution for investment research, banking, and professional services, announced in a press release.

The acquisition extends a collaboration that began in 2012, when the two firms co-developed an investment research platform for a major bank. Since then, they have shared clients and complementary products focused on improving client engagement and research delivery.

Singletrack said the combined company will offer a broader suite of AI-enabled client engagement tools, third-party integrations, and services for capital markets. The integration aims to streamline workflows across research, sales and trading, and corporate access.

The transaction is effective immediately, with both companies emphasizing service continuity for existing customers and partners.
