TAPP Engine has introduced 9Squid Private Markets, an AI-powered platform that enables credit unions and community finance institutions to access institutional capital through streamlined securitization.

TAPP Engine has launched 9Squid Private Markets, an AI-powered platform that facilitates loan securitization for credit unions and community finance institutions, announced in a press release. The platform aims to expand access to institutional capital by simplifying the securitization process through a private distribution framework.

9Squid allows institutions of all asset sizes to model balance sheet impacts before executing transactions, including effects on liquidity, capital ratios, and earnings. This simulation feature supports ongoing balance sheet management rather than one-time transactions.

The platform also offers an alternative to traditional loan participation structures by enabling programmatic securitization with direct access to institutional investors. It currently supports personal loans, auto loans, and home equity lines of credit, using regulator-aligned structures.

Five credit unions are part of the initial onboarding pipeline, with broader availability planned for additional credit unions and community finance institutions.

Tensordyne

This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
