Atty.ai Launches AI Legal Call Assistant for Law Firms

February 06, 2026
Atty.ai has introduced an AI legal call assistant designed to help law firms manage client intake, lead qualification, and inbound call handling. The platform integrates with existing systems, supports multiple practice areas, and operates 24/7 to reduce missed calls and improve intake consistency.

New York-based Atty.ai has launched its AI legal call assistant, a voice and chat platform designed to help law firms manage client intake and reduce missed calls. The system operates around the clock, handling inbound calls, lead screening, scheduling, FAQs, follow-ups, and routing while integrating with existing firm systems.

Developed in collaboration with legal professionals and technologists, the assistant is trained on legal terminology, intake workflows, and compliance rules. It supports multiple practice areas including personal injury, mass torts, immigration, and family law. The platform allows firms to configure intake processes, automate follow-ups, and manage bilingual (English and Spanish) interactions.

The company stated that the assistant is designed as an operational support tool rather than a replacement for licensed professionals. It includes built-in guardrails to prevent unauthorized legal advice and integrates with practice management systems such as Clio, PracticePanther, and MyCase.

Atty.ai recently completed a seed funding round to expand its AI infrastructure and plans to pursue a Series A raise to scale its capabilities and integrations. The platform is available nationwide, with live demonstrations accessible by phone or through the company’s website.
