Shook, Hardy & Bacon Adds AI-Focused Litigation Leaders in Washington and New York
The law firm Shook, Hardy & Bacon has expanded its Complex Litigation Strategic Counseling Practice with the addition of John Rosenthal in Washington, D.C., and Jamie Brown in New York, announced in a press release. Both attorneys are recognized leaders in litigation strategy, discovery, and emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence.
Rosenthal brings more than 30 years of experience defending complex commercial, class action, and product liability cases, and advising clients on AI use and generative AI applications. Brown has more than 25 years of experience in litigation involving information and technology, including regulatory and enforcement matters, and has led enterprise-wide e-discovery programs for major financial institutions.
According to the firm, the new partners will enhance its ability to address complex discovery and technology issues in multidistrict and mass tort litigation. The expansion follows recent additions of other senior litigators across multiple U.S. offices, further strengthening the firm’s capabilities in managing AI-related legal challenges and strategic risk.
