Shapiro+Raj has promoted Lisa La Brooy to President as the consultancy scales its AI-amplified insights business and expands partnerships in life sciences. She will lead client operations and strategic growth while continuing to work directly with clients.

Shapiro+Raj has promoted Lisa La Brooy to President, announced in a press release. The move aligns with the firm's continued expansion in life sciences insights and its integration of AI amplified strategies.

La Brooy, who brings over two decades of experience in insights and analytics, will oversee the consultancy's client organization, growth strategy, talent development, and project delivery. She will remain involved in direct client work and continue fostering collaboration across project teams.

Chairman and CEO Zain Raj said La Brooy’s leadership will help maintain the firm's momentum while preserving its focus on client engagement. Amir Kapadia will continue to lead operations across the company and serve as President of Stella, the firm's proprietary AI agent business.

La Brooy began her career in Australia before moving to the United States to specialize in pharmaceutical and healthcare insights. She stated that her focus will be on supporting the firm’s growth while maintaining its culture of close client partnership.

Raj will continue leading Shapiro+Raj’s long term strategy, innovation agenda, and external partnerships.
