Legora has acquired London legal AI startup Wexler, whose software helps lawyers reconstruct cases from large document sets, Business Insider reports. The deal terms were not disclosed.

Wexler extracts, verifies, and reasons over facts in legal records. Its software lets lawyers trace statements back to source documents and identify conflicts with evidence. The company says its tools can reduce manual review time by 75%.

The acquisition is Legora's fifth since January 2026. Wexler's engineering team will form the founding team of Legora's London engineering hub, and its product will be added to Legora's platform for legal research, review, and drafting.

Wexler was founded in January 2023 by Gregory Mostyn and Kush Madlani. The company had raised $7 million and was used by law firms including HSF Kramer, Goodwin Procter, and Clifford Chance.
