Watts Law Firm and S4 Capital's Monks announced in a press release the launch of an AI powered case qualification platform for legal intake workflows.

The platform ingests claim documents, extracts and checks key data, evaluates eligibility against legal criteria, estimates recoverable damages, and prepares case files for attorney review. The companies said the system is designed to complete document intensive qualification tasks in minutes.

Monks Technology Services built the platform with AI document processing, configurable rules engines, workflow automation, and structured human review. Watts Law Firm said every case remains subject to attorney review before any legal action is taken.

The platform is designed for use across high volume legal areas, including mass torts, class actions, and personal injury. Watts Law Firm plans to apply the system to additional practice areas.
