Appspace Unveils Intelligence Assistants at ISE 2026

Appspace announced in a press release the launch of its new Intelligence Assistants at ISE 2026 in Barcelona. The AI-powered tools are designed to provide context-aware insights and actions across the digital and physical workplace, spanning digital signage, space reservation, intranet, and visitor management within the Appspace platform.

The first two assistants available are the Insights Assistant and the Search Assistant. The Insights Assistant analyzes engagement and platform usage directly from the admin console, while the Search Assistant helps employees locate content, answer policy questions, and connect with colleagues based on skills and profiles. Both operate on a shared intelligence layer that unifies data from multiple workplace systems.

Appspace stated that the assistants can integrate with enterprise tools such as ServiceNow and building management systems to perform real-world tasks. This unified framework allows the assistants to reason across different data sources and act on insights, rather than functioning as isolated chatbots.

The company plans to release tools for building custom workplace assistants, additional system assistants, and a new insights dashboard in the next quarter.
