XTEND Reality Opens U.S. Headquarters and Drone Facility in Tampa
XTEND Reality Inc. has officially opened its new U.S. headquarters and drone production facility in Tampa, Florida, announced in a press release. This new facility aims to bolster America's domestic drone production capacity, supporting critical U.S. defense missions and reducing reliance on foreign technologies.
The ribbon-cutting event was attended by federal, state, and local leaders, as well as military personnel, marking a significant milestone in advancing American drone capabilities. The facility will manufacture and integrate XTEND's advanced drone systems, focusing initially on Group 1 drones for the U.S. Department of Defense, with plans to expand production to other critical drone components.
XTEND's CEO and Co-founder, Aviv Shapira, emphasized the company's commitment to delivering advanced, mission-ready systems to its customers. The establishment of the U.S. headquarters in Tampa is expected to generate numerous high-tech jobs and contribute to Florida's role as a hub for aerospace and defense systems manufacturing.
