Yondr Group Secures Site for 550MW Data Center Campus in Dallas

Yondr Group has announced in a press release the acquisition of a 163-acre site in Lancaster, Texas, just south of Dallas, to develop a data center campus with a capacity of 550MW. This project represents a major milestone in Yondr's US expansion strategy.
The Dallas site is Yondr's first expansion under the leadership of newly appointed CEO Aaron Wangenheim. It joins the company's growing North American footprint, which includes data centers in Northern Virginia and Toronto, Canada. Yondr is also in advanced discussions for additional sites in several other major US metropolitan areas.
The project is expected to create jobs and generate significant tax revenue for the region. The campus is anticipated to break ground in 2026, further solidifying Dallas as a key market for data center development.
