Delta Electronics has unveiled its latest AI-driven smart manufacturing solutions at Automation Taipei 2025, announced in a press release. The showcase includes the debut of Delta's Collaborative Robots (Cobots) equipped with an AI Cognitive Module, enabling intuitive human-robot collaboration in sectors such as electronics assembly, automotive, and logistics.

Delta's Cyber-Physical Integration Demo Line was also highlighted, integrating digital twin technology with production line management systems to reduce design and prototyping time by 20%. This demo line connects smart equipment with digital platforms, facilitating distributed manufacturing with centralized management.

The Cobots, featuring voice command recognition and real-time path adjustment, are designed for flexible manufacturing and can integrate with NVIDIA Omniverse for high-fidelity simulations. Delta's solutions aim to accelerate digital transformation in manufacturing by addressing challenges like production line deployment and talent shortages.
