CSP Associates has acquired a majority stake in Tamarack Defense, an AI-driven market analytics firm, announced in a press release. Tamarack Defense is known for its high-quality military equipment forecasts, which are utilized by investors, consultancies, and multinational corporations.

This acquisition aims to integrate Tamarack Defense's forecasting tools into CSP's existing strategy, forecasting, and commercial diligence platform. The move is expected to enhance CSP's capabilities in strategic positioning, acquisition planning, and new market entry decisions across the defense industrial base.

Tamarack Defense's co-founders, Theo Egan and Logan Slone, will rejoin CSP as Managing Directors. This acquisition is seen as a strategic step to future-proof CSP's business by leveraging Tamarack's proprietary data and technology to provide a competitive edge in the global defense market.
