Pudu Robotics Introduces AI-Powered PUDU MT1 Max Sweeper
Pudu Robotics has launched the PUDU MT1 Max, an AI-powered 3D perception robotic sweeper designed for complex, large-scale environments, announced in a press release. This new addition to the MT1 series features next-generation 3D spatial perception, enhanced AI intelligence, and upgraded safety systems, making it suitable for environments such as underground parking garages and semi-open building atriums.
The PUDU MT1 Max is equipped with 3D LiDAR and multi-sensor fusion, enabling it to navigate complex environments with centimeter-level accuracy and detect objects up to 150 meters away. It can recognize diverse scenarios, maintain stable mapping and positioning in high-interference conditions, and optimize cleaning routes dynamically.
Driven by a dual-chip architecture, the MT1 Max offers faster recognition and efficient computation. It integrates sensors, wheel-hub motors, and brushes to adapt cleaning strategies, recognize multiple waste types, and perform AI spot cleaning. The sweeper also features an internal vibration system for automated filter cleaning, ensuring high cleaning performance with minimal downtime.
The MT1 Max's obstacle avoidance system, powered by advanced 3D LiDAR, enhances environmental awareness and applies tailored avoidance strategies for dynamic obstacles. With IP54-rated protection and a 1.2-meter-high beacon for visibility, the MT1 Max is engineered for reliability in challenging environments, offering 24/7 operation with automatic recharging and IoT integration for seamless coordination.
