Workato has launched the Workato One platform, uniting AI and orchestration to enable enterprises to build and deploy secure AI agents with full business context, announced in a press release. This platform was unveiled at the company's Work to the Power of AI event in New York.

Workato One integrates components focused on orchestrating data, applications, and processes, providing real-time enterprise context and skills. It introduces the Workato Agent Studio, Agent Hub, Agent Acumen, Agent Trust, and Agent Orchestrator, which collectively allow users to manage AI agents across various business functions such as CRM, ERP, HR, and ITSM.

Additionally, Workato announced AgentX Apps, pre-built applications that integrate with business systems to enhance workflows with enterprise-scale security and governance. These apps are designed to support various teams, including IT, sales, and customer support.

Workato also revealed a strategic alliance with Amazon Web Services (AWS), integrating Workato One with Amazon Bedrock to leverage AWS's generative AI capabilities, ensuring enterprise-grade security and privacy.
