The AI Insurance Expert developed by Waterdrop now supports multi-modal interactions, including voice and text, and excels in managing complex dialogues. This system autonomously handles voice communications and consultations for insurance products, outperforming entry-level human agents in efficiency. Additionally, Waterdrop has introduced a Large-scale AI Model Insurance Quality Inspection Solution, which leverages advanced AI capabilities to ensure comprehensive coverage and significantly reduce operational costs.
Waterdrop's approach also includes crafting personalized insurance solutions for specific demographic segments, such as the elderly and individuals with chronic health conditions. This strategy aims to address disparities in healthcare access, empowering underserved groups to obtain essential health insurance.
