Viveka Health Earns HITRUST e1 Certification with Support from Palindrome Technologies
AI-driven health benefits platform Viveka Health has earned the HITRUST e1 Certification, confirming that its foundational cybersecurity controls are functioning effectively, announced in a press release. The certification validates that the company meets industry standards for protecting sensitive healthcare data.
The certification process was conducted in collaboration with Palindrome Technologies, a HITRUST Authorized External Assessor. Palindrome guided Viveka Health through the assessment to ensure its cloud-native infrastructure complied with the HITRUST Common Security Framework requirements.
According to Viveka Health, the certification provides assurance to its network of payers, third-party administrators, and employers that its platform adheres to recognized cybersecurity best practices.
