CureMD Earns ISO/IEC 42001 Certification for AI Management
CureMD Healthcare announces in a press release that its Artificial Intelligence Management System received ISO/IEC 42001:2023 certification. An independent audit assessed its processes for risk management, security, transparency, human oversight, incident response and ongoing monitoring across the AI life cycle.
The certification covers CureMD's AI Scribe, AI Medical Coder, AI Patient Contact Center and Clinical Trials tools. These products support clinical documentation, medical coding, patient communications and trial candidate screening.
CureMD is also testing agents for visit preparation, care gap detection, clinical decision support, patient follow up and revenue cycle operations. Other agents in development will handle prior authorization, clinical assistance, fax management and referrals, while clinicians retain responsibility for decisions.
