Zivian Health Launches Elevate AI Chart Review Tool

Elevate automates clinical chart reviews, applies state requirements, manages reviewer workflows, and prepares audit records.

Zivian Health announced in a press release the launch of Elevate, an AI tool that automates clinical chart review for organizations managing workforces across multiple states. The company says Elevate reduces the cost per reviewed chart by 92%, from about $13 with a manual process to about $1.

Elevate connects with electronic health record systems to collect notes, laboratory results, and prescriptions. It prescreens charts, selects samples, assigns reviewers, sends reminders, and directs exceptions to collaborating physicians.

The system applies about 4,000 clinical collaboration and chart review rules across all 50 states, including full review of adverse outcomes. It also records scores, signatures, and follow up activity for export during payer reviews, state board inquiries, and acquisition due diligence.

CRH Healthcare adopted Elevate to manage reviews of its advanced practice provider workforce. The tool is available now to organizations operating clinical workforces in multiple states.

Tensordyne

This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
