Vatn Systems has announced a strategic partnership with Palantir Technologies to enhance the manufacturing of autonomous underwater vehicles (AUVs) for national defense. In a press release, Vatn Systems detailed how Palantir's advanced software platform will be used to digitize and streamline their manufacturing processes, providing AI-driven insights to accelerate production.

The collaboration aims to bolster the U.S. defense industrial base by integrating AI-powered manufacturing capabilities into AUV production. This partnership will enable Vatn Systems to optimize resources and deliver critical systems with increased speed and precision. Since its founding in 2023, Vatn Systems has rapidly progressed from concept to deployment, with 12 vehicles already delivered to government customers and more on order.

Palantir's technology will provide real-time visibility into Vatn's operations, enhancing their ability to anticipate challenges and build additional resiliency in supply chain management. This partnership marks a significant milestone in modernizing underwater systems manufacturing and strengthening western deterrence capabilities.
