ValorC3 Secures Financing from Apterra for Boise Data Center Development

ValorC3 Data Centers has closed a credit facility with Apterra Infrastructure Capital to fund ongoing construction of its anchored data center campus in Boise, Idaho. The financing supports ValorC3's expansion strategy in Tier 2 and Tier 3 U.S. markets.

ValorC3 Data Centers has closed a credit facility with Apterra Infrastructure Capital to fund the continued development of its anchored data center campus in Boise, Idaho, announced in a press release.

The financing will support construction of ValorC3's Boise greenfield project, part of its strategy to develop scalable and energy efficient data center infrastructure in underserved U.S. markets. The facility includes a long term lease with a major hyperscale technology company.

Carter Groves, Chief Financial Officer of ValorC3, said the agreement marks a key step in the company’s growth and will help expand its development pipeline. Apterra’s Co-CEOs Ralph Cho and Michael Pantelogianis described the Boise project as an example of the type of digital infrastructure assets the firm seeks to finance.

The companies plan to build a longer term capital relationship to fund ValorC3's broader expansion across Tier 2 and Tier 3 data center markets in the United States.
