Cedar Investment Group Launches With More Than 2 GW of US Data Center Projects
Cedar Investment Group launches as a data center development firm with more than 2 GW of US projects originated and under development, the company announced in a press release. Established in 2025, the firm focuses on projects for AI and hyperscale customers across North America.
Cedar combines project origination, design, engineering, procurement, financing and delivery. Its team has experience with dense computing facilities that use liquid cooling directly on chips.
The team previously originated and financed more than 1 GW of turnkey US data center projects. It has also closed more than $2.5 billion in bank and bond facilities for project financing since 2023.
