EdgeCore Digital Infrastructure closed a $521 million asset backed securitization backed by its SV01 data center in Santa Clara, California, according to Data Center Dynamics. The financing consists of designated green bonds.

SV01 provides 36 MW of IT capacity across 255,200 square feet. The completed Santa Clara campus will comprise two buildings with 72 MW of capacity across 540,000 square feet.

EdgeCore will use the proceeds to refinance construction loans and fund future data center development. The transaction follows a $235 million issuance backed by EdgeCore's PH01 data center in Phoenix.
