Trusted Health Adds Mayo Clinic Workforce Forecasting to Staffing Platform
Trusted Health will integrate Mayo Clinic's CareCast workforce demand forecasting technology into its Trusted Works platform, the companies announced in a press release.
CareCast uses historical staffing levels, patient volume trends, and operational data to forecast workforce demand. AI agents in Trusted Works will use those forecasts to create schedules, identify coverage gaps, and fill open shifts.
The system will compare staffing plans with actual results to improve forecast accuracy over time. Mayo Clinic will license CareCast to Trusted Health for integration and sale to other health systems.
