ThreatLocker raised $190 million in Series F funding led by Elephant to expand its Zero Trust platform, AI security controls, and international operations.

ThreatLocker announced in a press release that it raised $190 million in Series F funding for product work and global expansion. The round was led by Elephant, with continued support from D. E. Shaw Ventures and Arthur Ventures, plus a new investment from Koch Disruptive Technologies.

The funding will support controls for AI related security risks, updates to the ThreatLocker Zero Trust Platform, and international expansion. The company plans to open an office in Reading, U.K.

ThreatLocker says its Allowlisting feature blocks unauthorized AI tools and AI generated code from running. Its Ringfencing controls limit what approved applications and AI agents can access, modify, and interact with.

The company says more than 70,000 organizations use its platform. ThreatLocker is based in Orlando and also has offices in Dublin, Dubai, and Brisbane.
