Thoma Bravo and Google Cloud Form AI Partnership for Enterprise Software
Thoma Bravo and Google Cloud have launched a strategic partnership to accelerate AI adoption across Thoma Bravo’s enterprise software portfolio, announced in a press release. The collaboration will focus on integrating Google Cloud’s advanced AI capabilities, including its Gemini models and Gemini Enterprise platform for agentic AI, into the product offerings of Thoma Bravo’s portfolio companies.
Through the partnership, portfolio firms will gain access to Google Cloud’s engineering teams to address technical challenges and new go-to-market opportunities through the Google Cloud Marketplace and co-sell programs. The initiative aims to help these companies transition to AI-first operations and enhance their software solutions across industries such as manufacturing, financial services, healthcare, and cybersecurity.
A key element of the collaboration involves Thoma Bravo’s cybersecurity portfolio, which includes companies like Proofpoint, SailPoint, Darktrace, Ping Identity, Sophos, Imprivata, and Exabeam. These firms will work with Google Cloud to strengthen their ability to identify and mitigate AI-enabled threats, focusing on identity governance, access control, and behavioral threat detection.
