Skydio Adds X10, Dock for X10, and R10 to Blue UAS List
Skydio announced in a press release that its X10, Dock for X10, and R10 drone systems have been added to the U.S. federal government's Blue UAS Cleared List. The systems join Skydio X10D, which received the same clearance in 2024.
The designation confirms that the platforms meet federal cybersecurity, supply chain, and NDAA compliance requirements. It also makes the X10 and R10 ecosystems eligible for federal grant programs that require or prefer drones on the Blue UAS Cleared List, including programs from the Department of Justice and the Department of Homeland Security.
Skydio X10 combines visual and thermal sensing with autonomy based on AI for outdoor missions such as reconnaissance, emergency response, infrastructure inspection, and force protection. Skydio Connect 5G lets operators command the aircraft, receive telemetry, and stream live video over supported 5G or LTE networks.
Dock for X10 supports remote operations by housing aircraft in networked docks with temperature control. Skydio R10 is designed for indoor, tight, and complex spaces without GPS, using autonomy based on AI, NightSense for zero light operation, a 4K camera for low light conditions, onboard lighting, audio in both directions, propeller guards, Turtle Mode, and Perch Mode.
