Rime to Power Dialpad Voice AI Products
Rime announces on its website a partnership to provide text to speech technology for all agentic voice AI products from Dialpad. Rime's voices will support tasks such as answering calls, resolving customer issues and conducting follow ups.
Dialpad evaluated major voice technology vendors, open source models and an internal development option before selecting Rime. The companies will also establish a direct feedback process between their engineering teams, with Dialpad receiving new Rime capabilities as they become available.
Businesses using Dialpad will be able to select voices suited to their brands and customer interactions. The technology is designed to handle details common in business calls, including phone numbers, account identifiers, addresses and dates.
