monday.com Launches Harmony Voice AI Platform for Sales Teams

Oct 19, 2026
Harmony uses specialized language models to automate sales calls, qualify leads, update CRM records and transfer conversations to human representatives.

monday.com launches Harmony, a voice AI platform for sales teams, according to Unite.AI. The platform became available on October 19 for midmarket and enterprise customers in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia and Singapore.

Harmony uses separate language models for tasks such as lead qualification, information capture and objection handling. A predictive system coordinates the models, which run mainly on Harmony's infrastructure. The company reports about 200 milliseconds of latency from audio input to audio output and contact rates of up to 70 percent, though these figures have not been independently verified.

The platform supports automated dialing, inbound call routing, consent controls, CRM updates and transfers to human representatives. It integrates with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho and Pipedrive, while Twilio provides its telephony infrastructure. Harmony also includes call analytics, a visual agent builder and APIs for managing contacts, workflows, call histories and transcripts.

Harmony incorporates voice technology from monday.com's acquisition of OneAI. Its agents identify themselves as AI by default, and customers can configure disclosure, consent, recording and audit controls.
