Pronetx Acquires VT Team to Expand Amazon Connect and AI Solutions

Pronetx, Inc. has announced an agreement to acquire VT Team, an Amazon Connect Solution Delivery partner. This acquisition, announced in a press release, will double Pronetx's operational capacity and expand its product portfolio, enhancing its capabilities in Amazon Connect and Generative AI solutions.

Founded in 2024, Pronetx has quickly established itself as a key player in the AWS ecosystem, offering professional and managed services for large cloud-based contact centers. The acquisition of VT Team, known for its experience in over 70 Amazon Connect deployments, will strengthen Pronetx's position in the customer experience transformation space.

The transaction is expected to close in the coming weeks, subject to customary closing conditions. Upon completion, both companies will operate under the Pronetx brand, continuing to focus on specialized CX solutions with a technology-first mindset.
