TalentNeuron and BCG Partner on AI Workforce Planning
TalentNeuron and Boston Consulting Group formed a partnership to help companies plan workforce changes related to AI, costs and shifting skill requirements. The companies said in a press release that the partnership combines BCG's consulting services with TalentNeuron's workforce intelligence platform.
The firms will assess how AI could change individual tasks and roles, model the costs and skills associated with different scenarios, and help clients decide where to hire, reskill, redeploy or automate. TalentNeuron's platform can remain with clients after a consulting engagement so they can update plans as business needs and labor markets change.
TalentNeuron connects internal workforce data with more than 25 years of labor market information. Its data covers about 2 billion candidate profiles and more than 65,000 skills, while processing about 3 million job postings each day in 33 languages.
