PERSUIT and PwC have announced a global strategic alliance aimed at transforming legal operating models in response to AI-driven changes, announced in a press release. This collaboration seeks to guide General Counsel offices of major corporations worldwide in creating value-driven legal departments.
PERSUIT, known for its legal technology platform that specializes in managing outside counsel, is already utilized by over 20% of the Fortune 100 companies. These organizations have achieved significant savings and efficiencies in their external legal spend by leveraging PERSUIT's platform.
The alliance will enable organizations to consistently deliver value by integrating PwC's expertise in strategic transformation and change management within legal departments. This approach will help legal teams redefine their roles, embrace cultural change, and integrate progressive technology like PERSUIT.
Jim Delkousis, CEO of PERSUIT, highlighted the benefits of the partnership, noting that customers save an average of 26% per year by optimizing outside counsel engagement.
