The White House Office of Personnel Management has appointed NobleReach as a founding partner of the United States Tech Force, a new program designed to recruit early-career technical talent into government through multi-year appointments.

The White House Office of Personnel Management (OPM) has appointed NobleReach as a founding partner of the United States Tech Force, announced in a press release. The new initiative aims to attract early-career professionals in fields such as artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and data science for two-to-four-year government appointments.

Building on the NobleReach Scholars Program—which has placed nearly 50 recent STEM and business graduates in public service roles across federal, state, and local agencies—NobleReach will provide its talent pipeline to support the Tech Force’s mission. OPM Director Scott Kupor said the program will help modernize government recruiting and make public service a competitive career option for top technical talent.

NobleReach CEO Arun Gupta stated that the partnership will expand opportunities for young professionals to contribute to national challenges while gaining experience in public service. The organization’s programs emphasize mentorship, professional development, and a cohort-based approach to prepare participants for immediate impact in federal roles.

Other founding partners of the Tech Force include major technology firms such as Adobe, Amazon Web Services, Google, Microsoft, OpenAI, Nvidia, and Zoom. The initiative represents a coordinated effort by the U.S. Government to strengthen its technical workforce and foster collaboration between public and private sectors.
