FortyAU has acquired Ronin Consulting, a Nashville-based software engineering and AI development firm, announced in a press release. The acquisition combines two engineer-led companies with experience in digital engineering for regulated sectors such as healthcare, financial services, and defense.

Ronin brings expertise in building AI-enabled applications, data pipelines, and modern software architectures. Its team will continue in current roles within the combined organization. The integration will expand FortyAU's technical capacity and local engineering base, reinforcing its position as a digital engineering partner in the Nashville healthcare ecosystem.

Since partnering with ASH Investment Partners in November 2025, FortyAU has focused on improving customer service, employee retention, and technical depth. The acquisition supports these goals by adding Ronin's experienced engineering team and its technical account management model, which emphasizes deep client relationships and proactive project growth.

Both companies share a focus on long-term client partnerships in industries that require high reliability and security. The combined platform aims to deliver larger and more complex enterprise programs driven by AI and data expertise.
